Land

Determine an ideal plot of land where you would like to build your home.

Design

You will work closely with our skilled Interior Designer to design the interior and exterior of your home.  Our designer will create some sketches and renderings of different elevations to better help you visualize the big picture. Not only will we ensure your design is beautiful, but as functional as possible to meet your family's needs. This is your opportunity to create a unique space that reflects your taste and every day lifestyle. 

5.

Contract

It’s time to sign a contract. Your approval of drawings and finishes are required before we can begin construction.

Construction

Your design and floor plan is finalized, now it's time to start building! MasterBuilt will update you throughout the construction process to let you know what phase of the build your new home is in. ​

Budget

We understand that meeting your budget is important. We will go over building and design details and determine the possibilities that fit within your budget. Our goal is to build your dream home without breaking your bank. 

4.

Price

Now that we have more details regarding the design and build of your home, we can go over an upfront price. 

6.

Prepping Land

Most sites require grading and excavating before any construction can take place. A few requirements can include permits, and soil testing. 

8.

Final Walk-Through

Once the construction is completed, we will walk you through your new home to blue tape any improvements  you may find. You deserve a perfect home, so we want to put out the best finished product before you move in.
